Question by Sydney G: Herbal Remedies?
I’m kind of skeptical when it comes to taking pills for every ache or pain, and was wondering if anyone knew some good herbal remedies/ concoctions that can be safely and effectively used and made for treatment of everyday symptoms, or in place of pills/ chemicals.

Such as Headache, tooth/mouthache, dry skin, oily skin, acne, redness, tanning accelerators, short or brittle nails, grease stains on clothes, hair lightening/darkening, that hard, crusty skin on your heels, make up remover, etc.

For pain, you could drink a relaxing tea like Chamomile.

Replace bleach and other whiteners/disinfectants with hydrogen peroxide.

Replace cleaners like Tilex or 409 with vinegar or lemon juice.

(Do not mix hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. Doing so will create Peracidic Acid.)

I know that “Silky Scents” has essential oils & organic essential oils, and they have a free recipe section. You’ll probably be able to find all the information there. Plus they have the pictures of each plant. You can google their name to find them online.
