Question by Celestial_Beginnings: What Holistic/Herbal Remedy Do You Need? (Research Request)?
I am compiling a “pharmacy” of holistic remedies for common ailments. Here are a few I have compiled thus far….

Xanax Alternative – panic attack/anxiety

IBS Drug Alternative – “the runs”, nausea, gas, etc.

Common Cold Tea Remedy – tea blend for symptoms of the common cold

Respiratory Alternative – combination to assist in most respiratory ailments like asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, etc.

** Currently researching topical astringents for skin conditions like eczema and acne **

** Currently researching weight loss alternatives **

** Currently researching herbal solution(s) for addictions like smoking **

What other ailment or illness do you, as a common consumer, feel should be added to my “medicine cabinet”? This is a marketing research request and any/all input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Weight loss- To display a tone body, muscles must be present, even prevalent. But more so, low body fat is needed. Very low, it becomes a balance between healthy and extreme. Just make sure you are capable (active and read) and within a health weight range. Try to monitor your sugar intake so that it may not be excessive. Similarly watch your sodium (salt) intake and cholesterol intake. Try to eat minimally processed foods and an aesthetically balanced diet.

Don’t focus on a diet as pills or less food, but more as a balanced intake of food and a limitation on excess.

    fungi like athlete’s foot.

for acne my fiance uses a scrub composed of milk, honey, salt, and some herb for smell, maybe mint…if that helps.
